For all serious users ;-)
This should be built in NYLON material.
Nylon MUST be dried !!
Nylon is very hygroscopic. This means it readily absorbs water from the air. Nylon can absorbs 10% of its weight in water in less than 24 hours.
Dry Nylon prints buttery smooth and has a glossy finish.
It is recommended you place your Nylon in an oven at 180 - 200F for 6-8 hours to dry.
Then keep in a Zip Lock bag with desiccant.
Recommend print settings:
240-265C Extrusion Temperature
70-80C Bed Temprature with PVA based glue or spray NAPA Ignition & Battery Sealer
Speed: 30-60mm sec
.20mm - .4mm layer heights
